Booking Information:


Prices shown are in GBP and per week. A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure a booking. The balance plus £200 damage/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Damage/key deposit will be returned, within 14 days, subject to satisfactory inspection of the property. The rental rates also include water and electricity costs, bedding and towels (please bring your own beach/pool towels). There is a charge of £100 for the departure clean and laundry, payable with the balance. You will be met at the property on your arrival, given keys and information about the property. Driving directions, airport transfers, full area information pack can be supplied on application.

The Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura is only a short drive, and consists of miles of golden sand bordered, for a large part of its length, by sand dunes and pines. The property is situated 35 minutes south of Alicante airport and 30 minutes north of Murcia airport (San Javier), providing a wide choice of flights from the low-cost airlines operating to both airports.
