Please Note: Private swimming pools offers Bluetooth connectivity for music. Air conditioning with cool & warm air is controlled via ducted system servicing the entire house. TV´s mounted in each room for guests use of own firestick. Parking is available on-street.

Booking Information
Prices shown are in EUR and per week. WIFI is available – €30 per stay & access to the jacuzzi is available at €35 per stay. A non-refundable deposit of €400 is required to secure a booking. The balance plus €500 damage/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Damage/key deposit will be returned, within 14 days, subject to satisfactory inspection of the property. The rental rates also include water and electricity costs, bedding and towels (please bring your own beach/pool towels). There is a charge of €220 for the departure clean and laundry, payable with the balance and the service fee of €50 provides a personalised meet and greet service (including arrivals during the hours of darkness) and 24 hour support throughout your stay. You will be met at the property on your arrival, given keys and information about the property. Driving directions, airport transfers, full area information pack can be supplied on application.
